Signing up for an Arctic Ski Camp trip is simple but includes 5 important steps. Don't worry, it only takes a couple of minutes of your time, while ensuring that you know what to expect from a trip and are aware of conditions and your rights as a traveler in Finland. On top of that, it allows us to learn about you before your arrival so that we know how to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

If you have learned enough and are ready to book with us, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Leave a booking request

Choose the camp dates that suit you and start the booking process by filling out the booking request. You can also make a booking request by contacting us on WhatsApp (+358 46 802 3838) or email (contact@arcticskicamp.com).

At this point information on your full legal name, phone number, email, date of birth and country (citizenship) is necessary in order to sign-up. Information about possible add-ons, excursions and rentals is not mandatory but helpful because it helps us plan ahead.

It is important that you let us know of any special dietary requirements or other special needs in your booking request so we can inform you if we will be able to provide for these needs before signing up.

Step 2: Receive a reservation email

Upon receiving your booking request we will send you a reservation email with further instructions. The email will also contain your information. We ask you to check that all the information is correct.

It can take up to 24 hours to receive a reservation email, so don't worry if you don't hear from us right away. If you don't hear from us after 24 hours, please contact us.

We might need more information about you at this stage. In that case we will send you email with an inquiry to provide the missing information before sending you a reservation email.

Please note that reservation email is not yet a confirmation a booking.

Step 3: Pay non-returnable booking in 48 hours

The reservation email will also contain payment instructions with which you can pay the first part of the payment, which usually constitutes to 50% of the trip's price (unless specified otherwise).

Paying is secure and safe as we use Stripe. You can pay with most common payment methods, but note that payment methods might vary depending on your country of residence.

Step 4: Receive confirmation email

After we have received your payment we will send you a confirmation email which means you have officially signed up for an Arctic Ski Camp trip!

Please note that this might take up to 24 hours.

The confirmation email will contain useful information that you can use to prepare for the adventure.

Step 5: Fill out pre-arrival form

Some time before the start of the camp you will receive an email asking you to file a pre-arrival form. The form is mandatory and is used in order to provide the best possible service for you. Please, fill out the form in a week so that we have enough time to prepare rentals, arrange excursions and ensure your safety.

Upon arrival at the camp

The check-in is in the first evening of the trip. You will be asked to fill out the legally required tourist arrival form, as well as pay the rest of the booking price.
